Forever Employable, my new book, is now available!

It's been 2 years since the start of this journey and ,finally, Forever Employable: How to stop looking for work and let your next job find you is available for sale on Amazon in print, Kindle and audio book. You should buy a copy and, after you've read it, write a review. I would be very grateful for that.

Hey folks -

After two years of work, I’m thrilled to announce that my 4th book,

is now available. Over the last 5 years I’ve been getting regular weekly questions about how I built the business I have today. People were asking about the consulting work, the speaking gigs and the book publishing deals. I wasn’t sure exactly how to tell that story so I waited for a while.

To be perfectly honest I was worried that you wouldn’t want to hear the story from me since it wasn’t an actual conversation about agility, transformation and product development. However, as I started writing the story it became clear to me that in fact, many of the same qualities we discuss here on a monthly basis are applicable in their entirety to your professional success, career growth and personal development.

What you’ll find in Forever Employable is my story — starting on the day I turned 35 — and how I turned an existential panic attack into a content and thought leadership platform. Along the way I show — with clear examples and case studies from my career and others’ — how you can use the concepts of agility, transformation and product thinking in ways that help you build recognized expertise and continuously improve the opportunities the end up finding you.

In anticipation of the book, I started doing a series of video-based interviews called

with people in and outside of tech and product development to show how they built their own forever employable careers. Below you’ll find links and short descriptions to three of these stories but there are more on my
